Although its a further walk from campus than other student apartment locations of Spring Street, its just a five-minute walk to campus and an even shorter walk to Tech Square and the Scheller College of Business. That means furnishings, high-speed Internet, satellite TV, electricity up to a monthly allowance, water/sewer, trash disposal, washer and dryer in each apartment and the community features such as the pool, fitness center, clubhouse. One of the main causes of the students' strong affection for the neighborhood is its tourist attractions. This property is close to numerous popular eateries, pubs, and bars.
